After several years with WWE, Killian Dain’s journey took an unexpected turn in 2021 when he parted ways with the company. However, true to his resilient spirit, Big Damo did not stay away from the wrestling scene for long. In 2022 Big Damo made a triumphant return to PROGRESS Wrestling, much to the delight of the fans all around the world.

Big Damo made his PROGRESS Wrestling return in 2022 appearing in the PROGRESS ATLAS tournament only coming up short to Luke Jacobs, who went on to become the tournament’s eventual winner.

Spike Trivet was successful with his cash in and became the new PROGRESS Men’s World Champion leaving the feud between Big Damo and Spike Trivet to continue further.

At Chapter 142, CODENAME: CALIFORNIA MOUNTAIN SNAKE, Big Damo made PROGRESS History again by defeating Luke Jacobs to become the NEW PROGRESS ATLAS Champion.
