TRENT SEVEN JOINS SUPER STRONG STYLE 16

PROGRESS Wrestling is thrilled to announce that Trent Seven will be competing in the highly anticipated 2025 Super Strong Style 16 tournament.

Super Strong Style 16 is PROGRESS Wrestling’s most iconic tournament, known for showcasing the best wrestlers from around the globe in a fierce, multi-day battle for a shot at the coveted PROGRESS Men’s World Championship. Every year, the tournament produces electrifying matches, with past winners solidifying their place as some of the best to ever step foot in the ring. With Trent Seven now entering the fray, fans are eagerly anticipating what will no doubt be a thrilling and dramatic journey.

Trent Seven is a name that resonates with fans of British wrestling. With an illustrious career spanning years, Seven has earned a reputation as one of the most skilled and respected wrestlers in the world. As one of the founding members of the groundbreaking faction British Strong Style, alongside Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate, Seven has been at the forefront of revolutionising British wrestling on the international stage.

As someone who has previously held both PROGRESS and WWE NXT UK Tag Team Championships as well as the ATLAS Championship. but has never held the PROGRESS Men’s World Championship.

His entry adds another layer of excitement to a stacked field, with Man Like Dereiss, Marcus Mathers, Zozaya, Leon Slater, Ethan Allen, and NOAH’s Masa Kitamiya and Jack Morris already confirmed. Each brings their own unique style to the tournament, but Trent adds genuine PROGRESS lore having been a part of the promotion’s boom – although he will be hoping for a better effort than his six seconds!
