On Sunday May 15th, PROGRESS Wrestling ‘Chapter 134: No Mountain High Enough’ will take place at The Electric Ballroom in Camden, London.
You can get your tickets for the last stop before Super Strong Style 16 right here and the match card is starting to take shape.
In a bout rescheduled from our Atlas Weekend events, Gene Munny will get his chance to prove once and for all that he deserves his spot in Super Strong Style 16 on June 3-5th. To officially earn that spot he has one heck of a mountain to climb. He is going to need to defeat PROGRESS Wrestling World Champion Jonathan Gresham in a match that will unquestionably be the toughest test of That Damned Dirty Dog’s career.
Those in attendance at Chapter 133 over Easter weekend would have felt the electricity in the room as Cara Noir made his presence felt at the moment Spike Trivet least expected it. Now the two will clash in a match that has been coming ever since Trivet’s first, vicious attack on The Black Swan back in March. No question that this will be the most personal match in PROGRESS since fans were welcomed back to ringside.
In another match with Super Strong Style 16 implications, four of the standout competitors from Germany’s WXW promotion will head to London for a four-way match that will see the winner take their place in the biggest tournament in independent wrestling. Axel Tischer, Jurn Simmons, Bobby Gunns and Maggot will face off to determine which one be booking their return ticket to London.
In the last match currently announced, Ricky Knight Jr. will make his long awaited PROGRESS debut. This British wrestling standout will not be coming to the Ballroom for a walkover. No, he will be facing a man who impressed everyone in attendance at March’s Everything Patterned: London event – Leon Slater.
With four matches on the slate and more to be announced in the days to come, make sure you get your tickets and keep your eyes on PROGRESS Wrestling’s Twitter page for more match announcements.
