Nick Wayne, is an American professional wrestler signed to AEW. Nick is a third generation wrestler who was trained by his father, wrestling legend Buddy Wayne in Seattle, Washington. He made his professional wrestling debut in 2018 at the age of 13. Currently, Nick Wayne is 18 years old. 

When Nick Wayne turned 18, he became the youngest wrestler to compete and sign with All Elite Wrestling and made his AEW debut against Swerve Strickland coming out with another former PROGRESS Wrestling alumni Darby Allin .

Nick Wayne has quickly become one of the most-talked-about wrestlers in 2023. He is known for his high-flying acrobatic style and puts on highly intensive matches featuring high-risk moves and non-stop action that always captivates the audience.

Nick is the youngest DEFY Wrestling World Champion, having held the belt for 56 days. He is also the GCW Tag Team Champion alongside his tag team partner Jordan Oliver.

In July 2022, Nick Wayne made his European Wrestling debut at PROGRESS Wrestling Chapter 136 – 24/7 at the age of 17. Nick Wayne’s PROGRESS Wrestling debut was a major success and he competed against Robbie X after Swerve Strickland pulled out due to injury.

At Chapter 150, When The Man Comes Around, Nick Wayne faced Callum Newman showcasing a battle of the two most impressive teenage wrestlers in the world today. The match received a standing ovation from the PROGRESS fans in the Electric Ballroom and to this day it is still talked about regularly by the PROGRESS Wrestling Community as one of the best matches in recent history at the Ballroom.

In 2023, Nick Wayne made PROGRESS Wrestling history by becoming the youngest Super Strong Style 16 entrant. In the first round of the tournament, Nick Wayne beat Robbie X to advance to the quarter-finals. In the quarter-finals he faced Kid Lykos in an intense match-up which led to his first loss within PROGRESS.

Even before turning 18, Nick has already made PROGRESS Wrestling history & we are sure he will continue to thrive & hit new landmarks with PROGRESS Wrestling in the near future.
