Trent made his PROGRESS debut in 2016 and wasted no time establishing himself, soon aligning with Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne to form the iconic British Strong Style. With their mix of hard-hitting action and undeniable presence, they became the most dominant faction of their era. Alongside Bate as Moustache Mountain, Seven captured multiple PROGRESS Tag Team Championships, defeating legendary duos such as The London Riots, War Machine, and Ringkampf. Their bouts blended traditional British strong style with a modern, crowd-pleasing edge, earning them global acclaim.

In 2018, Seven ascended to singles glory by winning the PROGRESS Atlas Championship at Chapter 76: Hello Wembley, defeating Doug Williams in a passing-of-the-torch moment that marked the start of a dominant title reign. He successfully defended against the likes of Dan Moloney, Timothy Thatcher, Kyle Fletcher and even unified the Atlas and World Titles in a landmark bout against WALTER at Super Strong Style 16 2019.

Internationally, Seven was a featured player on the acclaimed PROGRESS Coast to Coast tour of North America and across Europe and Australia, further establishing himself as a global ambassador for British wrestling.

After a spell away from PROGRESS, Seven returned in 2024 to a thunderous reception. Picking up where he left off, he immediately tested himself against some of the promotion’s top talent, including Ricky Knight Jr. and Cara Noir in two standout matches at VENDETTA 2 and Fix Your Hearts. In 2025, Seven entered Super Strong Style 16 with veteran confidence, defeating Gene Munny in the first round before falling to Michael Oku in a fiercely contested quarter-final.

Throughout his career, Seven has proven time and time again that he belongs at the very top. His matches are a masterclass in timing, psychology, and storytelling, and his connection with the crowd, whether as a beloved fan favourite or as the smug, sharply dressed villain – is second to none.
