On Sunday, the final place for the women’s Super Strong Style 16 tournament in May will be decided.

One half of LALLIE, Hollie Barlow, will face off against Emersyn Joyce and the winner will be one step closer to a shot at the PROGRESS Women’s Championship.

Chapter 192: Cause & Effect, the final chapter before PROGRESS head off to Las Vegas next month as part of WrestleMania week, is full of high-stakes encounters, with multiple titles on the line and intriguing match ups to get any wrestling fan excited.

But the question on many people’s minds will be, will Hollie be able to achieve what her tag team partner, Lana Austin couldn’t, and book her place in May’s showpiece finale.

Ahead of Sunday’s event at the Electric Ballroom, PROGRESS Wrestling spoke to Hollie to see how she is feeling ahead of this weekend’s match against Emersyn Joyce.

But the message Hollie sent out was a firm one, she isn’t just fighting for herself, she is fighting for Lana too, and is determined they will both become the first ever co PROGRESS Women’s Champions.

“Emersyn doesn’t concern me,” admitted Hollie. “She puts her body on the line for her own success and I put mine on the line for the success of Lana Austin. We are not the same.

“Lana and I can become history makers and the first ever co Champions at PROGRESS and I am confident as ever that we will.

“I am ready to prove to Lana Austin why LALLIE is the greatest thing to ever happen to her, and why she can trust me to get the job done.

“Emersyn is a bit of a lone wolf at PROGRESS, whereas I have the power of friendship to motivate me, so Emersyn girly, I would watch your back!”

So the message is clear, Hollie is very much fighting on Sunday to gain the love and respect of her tag team partner, Lana Austin, but Emersyn will surely have something to say about that!
