WWE’s iconic Saturday Night’s Main Event returns this July with another special outing – and this time, it’s arriving with a bang. Revived in late 2024 after a 16-year hiatus, the show now operates as a premium live event series rather than a weekly fixture, serving up cards that feel bigger than your usual TV fare but just short of full-scale pay-per-view.
This next edition takes place on Saturday 12th July 2025, airing live from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia – and yes, that’s the very same night AEW runs its All In event. A bold move, but one that signals intent from WWE to make Saturday nights feel special once more.

It’s the final chapter for Goldberg – one last match, one last roar in front of his hometown crowd, and one final shot at glory. The WWE Hall of Famer takes on Gunther, the imposing and record-setting champion, for the World Heavyweight Title in what’s being touted as a true clash of eras.
While Goldberg’s past few appearances have been sporadic, there’s a sense of unfinished business – and the stakes are simple: win or walk away. Most believe he will get his hands on the belt one last time… only to have Seth Rollins lurking with the Money in the Bank briefcase in hand, ready to cash in and reclaim the top prize.
